ACB’s 2023 AGM

ACB held its annual general meeting on Apr 13 and disclosed its targets for 2023. ACB plans to pay a 15% stock dividend and 10% cash dividend (VND1,000/share) from 2022E’s retained earnings in 2023 and the bank will maintain the same dividend policy for the next year.
