ADS Unrated note: Strategic Shift to Property Sector in Thai Binh
Damsan JSC (HSX: ADS) is among Vietnam’s top-five yarn producers with annual capacity of 16,560 MT of yarn and 2,040MT of towels. ADS is expanding its business into property, with two projects in the pipeline in fast-growing Thai Binh Province, its geographic focus.
