Strategy Weekly: Where the buffalo roam
Vietnam stocks staged a decent rally last week as COVID-19 jitters were overcome by confidence that efforts to restrain the recent outbreak would succeed yet again. Although the number of total identified cases reached 2,001 as at Feb 7, the secondary outbreak that started in January appears to be under control. Overall, Vietnam outperformed the region’s generally strong performance last week.
