Notice of Changes in E-Invoice Issuance According to New Regulations Effective from June 1, 2025

Yuanta Securities Vietnam (YSVN) would like to inform you of changes in the issuance of electronic invoices (e-invoices) in accordance with Decree 70/2025/NĐ-CP and Circular 32/2025/TT-BTC, issued on May 31, 2025 and effective from June 1, 2025, with the following key points:

• For fees incurred on a monthly basis, e-invoices will be issued at the end of each month.
• For fees incurred on a daily basis, e-invoices will be issued on the same day the fee is charged.
• E-invoices will include your Passport Number or Tax Code, as required by law.
• YSVN will issue invoices based on the information you provided when opening your account.
