Notice of Temporary Service Suspension for KRX System Transition

Yuanta Securities Vietnam (Yuanta Vietnam) sincerely thanks you for using our Products and Services.
To facilitate the transition and integration with the new KRX trading system as per the Vietnam Stock Exchange’s deployment plan, Yuanta Vietnam would like to inform you that certain services will be temporarily suspended as follows:

| Online Trading Application/Website | From 16:00 on April 29, 2025, to 17:00 on May 4, 2025 |
| Online Account Opening | From 09:00 on April 29, 2025, to 17:00 on May 4, 2025 |
| Pending Conditional Orders | Will expire after 15:00 on April 29, 2025 |
| New Conditional Order | Temporarily suspended from May 5, 2025, to May 9, 2025 |
| Pre-market Orders | Temporarily suspended from 15:00 on April 29, 2025, to 17:00 on May 4, 2025 |
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this inconvenience and recommend that you plan your transactions accordingly before the suspension period.
