Notice on Changes to Order Execution Notification Method

Dear Valued Customer,

Yuanta Securities Vietnam would like to express our sincere thanks for using our Products and Services.

To enhance your trading experience and make it easier to monitor your order execution results, we would like to inform you of the following changes to the order execution notification method:

• Current: Notifications and SMS messages are sent immediately upon order execution.
• From November 17, 2025: The new method will be applied — notifications (noti) will still be sent immediately after order execution, and a daily summary email will be sent at the end of each trading day, showing the total matched volume and average matched price.
• The current method (SMS notifications for each executed order) will remain effective until November 28, 2025.

In addition, starting from December 1, 2025, we will officially introduce an SMS service. If you wish to continue receiving SMS notifications for order executions or cash balance changes, please register for the service via YSflex:

• Receive cash balance change notifications: VND 11,000/month
• Receive cash balance and order execution notifications: VND 33,000/month

For customers who are already using the cash balance notification service, the system will automatically maintain your current service package without requiring re-registration.
