Head of Human Resources and Administration

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Business Partnering & Advisory
– Advise management board in Organization design, HR strategies, Annual HR budget and workforce planning.
– Build, update and revise HR policies, operational procedures and standardize the HR forms/ templates
– Engage and proactively partner with the line managers in understanding their business needs and provide strategic advice and initiatives to achieve the business goals
– Provide the strategic interface to senior managers/stakeholders through the provision of high- quality guidance and support in developing and progressing people management solutions to achieve business objectives
– Drive and support the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions
– Coach, advise, and support managers in the application of HR policies/practices and people/HR issues to minimize risk and financial exposure.

2. Talent Acquisition
– Provide the end to end talent acquisition for the hiring needs, which includes search, interview & selecting candidates, and preparing compensation proposals for approvals
– Provide advisory to improve career development and internal mobility
– Diversify recruitment resources to cut costs

3. Compensation & Benefits
– Oversee the payroll process ensuring timely submission and approval of payroll data.
– Develop and implement cost-effective compensation and benefits policies based on company policy and market practices
– Build and update the commission and incentive scheme business units.
– Collect and update market data through C&B surveys or valid resources to make sure the organization’s practice is competitive.
– Manage Payroll, PIT, Annual PIT Finalization, Health Care Renewal, Annual Health Check

4. Employee Relations
– Build HR processes in alignment with the group and company strategic direction and policies.
– Ensure the execution and delivery of HR operational activities effectively and efficiently.
– Ensure compliance with local labor laws and standards.
– Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
– Set up policies and procedures for the treatment of employees horizontal and vertical inter- organizational conflicts.

5. Employees’ Engagement
– Influence the engagement level in the organization: develop and implement engagement activities to enhance staff morale and loyalty

6. Learning & Development
– Advise employees on learning & development and training needs
– Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training, and health and safety programs.
– Partner Head Office on implementing training courses and program
– Set up the working methodology for succession planning analysis, implementation, and monitoring.

7. Performance Evaluation
– Ensure the execution and delivery of HR operational activities effectively and efficiently.
– Formulate effective Performance Appraisal Policy, Procedures and ensure its compliance.
– Review and analyze the performance appraisal managing process.

8. Administration:
– Office management in terms of both operation execution and cost management
– Office image & professionalism
– Other tasks to be updated and assigned by Head of HR & Admin

JOB REQUIREMENT:

– BA with focus on HR management or related;
– Minimum 8 year-experience in human resources operational activities, in securities companies or multinational firms is an advantage;
– Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor laws and regulations and understand well of labor market;
– Good management, communication and problem-solving skills;
– Excellent leadership, management, analytical and negotiation skills, including budget management;
– Able to communicate and coordinate well with staff including Vietnamese, expats and international partners;
– Very self-confident, precise and well-organized person
– Ability to work under high pressure
