PR & Marketing Head

Responsibilities

PR and Marketing

  • Assisting the top management in the development and implementation of promotional strategies across all marketing channels
  • Overseeing all marketing activities related to advertisement and sales promotion
  • Analyzing the market to identify the target audience and current market trends
  • Assessing [the product/service] to determine if any adjustments are needed to match customers’ demands statistics
  • Ensuring a positive public image and consistent media coverage of our company’s initiatives/programs/actions and objectives
  • Managing a team of Public Relations Specialists and assisting in the creation of press releases and social media posts that preserve the organization’s reputation
  • Responding to media inquiries for information release
  • Building impactful public relations strategies that shape the public perception of the organization
  • Maintaining strong connections with media representatives

Branding

  • Analyze the market to position the brand and identify the insight of target customers.
  • Planning a positioning strategy.
  • Ensure harmony between the brand personality and the company’s vision, mission, goals and strategies.
  • Come up with ideas for the brand communication campaigns.
  • Anticipate risks to take timely measures.
  • Monitor and report the campaign effectiveness.

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing, social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, and IT, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to digital marketing and ensure compliance in all activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or public relations managerial roles
  • Outstanding analytical skills being able to foresee challenges and come up with solutions
  • In-depth understanding of social media
  • First-class written and spoken communication
  • Communicate fluently in English.
  • Budget management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
