ACB — AGM Takeaways
ACB held its annual general meeting (AGM) on Apr 6 and dislosed its targets for 2021. Key highlights include full-year targets of +10% growth in in PBT and 9.5% growth in credit. This is based on the SBV’s quota, which we expect to be raised in 2H21 given ACB’s high-quality balance sheet and profitability, so we retain our 15.3% YoY credit growth assumption. In addition, ACB plans to pay a 25% stock dividend in 2021.
