NOTICE to sign of revised Contracts

Dear valued customer,

Thank you for using Yuanta Securities Vietnam (YSVN)’s services.

Yuanta Securities Vietnam is subsidiary of Yuanta Financial Holdings Taiwan with 99.5% ownership since 13 February 2018 according to amended license No.18/GPĐCUBCK by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (formerly known as First Securities Company).

To reflect its new corporate name and revise its contractual commiments, YSVN has remade all its contracts with clients including: Account Opening Form, Margin Trading Contract, etc. Therefore, we would like to invite you to our offices at below addresses to sign the revised contracts:

Head Office: 4th Floor, Saigon Centre, Tower 1, 65 Le Loi, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Cho Lon Branch: 521 Hong Bang Street, Ward 14, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City.
Binh Duong Branch: 3rd Floor, BIDV Building, 441 Binh Duong Avenue, Phu Cuong Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province.
Hanoi Branch: 5Ath Floor, BIDV Building, 194 Tran Quang Khai Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.

Starting from 1/10/2018, YSVN will deactivate your online trading account and margin trading service if your new contracts have not been signed.
