- Maintain and develop online trading products: YSVN Web, YSVN Mobile (Android and IOS devices), Mobile Web and integrated with Bloomberg trading system.
- Undertake and support clients/brokerage departments to use online trading products.
- Manage, organize, and monitor activities of the Online Platforms.
- Meet the broker/ customers’ requests about the quantity of ECom services and products.
- Executive competitor review & survey regarding customer services, online platform, new services / features, fees, client policy, etc.
- Develop/ Propose new ECom products and platforms to ECom Manager & CEO
- Manage, training customers/ sales about Online products.
- Receive and solve technical requests of broker sales about Online products and services;
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams (Call Centre, IT, Product, Operations, Broker, etc.) regarding day-to-day activities;
- Online trading apps enhancements (testing, support vendor, update);
- Minimize errors and security breach to occur for Online platforms and services;
- Report and investigate any operational/technical issues that arise;
- Perform new features and periodic system testing & implementation;
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by E-commerce Manager;
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor degree with major in Finance, Business Information System, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related Business discipline is preferred;
Minimum 1 year experience in Financial Industry (Banking, Securities, Finance, etc.);
Candidate with Brokerage certificate by State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) is a PLUS.
Good knowledge of stock market, IT fields, all kinds of Online trading platforms and particularly Internet services;
Good to have knowledge and familiar with the operation of Securities Core System (SBA, iFIS) and other CRM related systems;
Strong knowledge of equities and the related financial products;
Having CAN-DO and PROACTIVE attitude is a PLUS;
Ability to multi-task efficiently and work under high pressure environment;
Teamwork, Self-starter, independent learner who can work with minimal supervision;
Excellent skill in using Microsoft Office tools and reporting;
Excellent attention to details and ability to analyse and solve problems and recommend solutions skills is a MUST;
Strong organizational skills, customer services oriented and workload management in order to perform daily activities, as well as an ability to react positively to short-notice requests;
Self-owner of combination of strategic, creative and critical thinking to solve problems.
